Just before it flows into Loch Faskally the River Tummel passes through this impressive, wooded gorge known as the Linn of Tummel, here seen in autumn colours.

Another autumn shot across Loch Tummel from its south bank towards Ben Vrackie, Pitlochry's accessible near-munro (it's 841m - 2758ft) which though for the most part readily climbable has a steeply tough final ascent to the summit. When you get there you'll find great views across huge swathes of Perthshire.
