Pitlochry, located just off the A9, the main highway between Edinburgh and Inverness, is easily accessible by road being only half an hour from Perth where the national motorway system links to Central Scotland and England. International and National flights are available at Glasgow and Edinburgh. Main line train services from England via Edinburgh and Glasgow call daily at Pitlochry and there are frequent luxury coach services each day.

Directions

As you enter Pitlochry from the south (Perth) look out for the Bells distillery on your right and a BP service station on your left. Next you will pass under a rail bridge with the Birchwood signboard framed in its arch. After passing the sign take the first right into East Moulin Road.

From the north (Inverness) East Moulin Road is found after passing through Pitlochry town centre. It is first on the left after the Tourist Information Office and Police Station. If you pass the Birchwood signboard you’ve gone too far!

The hotel entrance is on the right 100yards (m) into East Moulin Road.
