TARIFF 2009 (GB £)

Like all of you, the Birchwood was subjected to eye-watering price increases during 2008 which was only minimally offset by the small reduction in VAT. Our contribution to reducing inflationary pressure in 2009 will be to hold our tariff at the same level as 2008.

The stated rates are for a standard room - double, twin or single and include VAT at the standard rate of 15%. Superior rooms - double or twin - are available at an additional cost of GB£4.00 per
person per night.

Reservations are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of GB£50.00 per person.

SMOKING POLICY

Since March 2006 smoking in enclosed public spaces has been banned by law throughout Scotland. We support the legitimate entitlement of our guests to be free from the harmful efects of tobacco products. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere within the house.
