The Bedrooms

All bedrooms have been extensively upgraded and refurbished to the level of comfort and standard of furnishing and equipment you would expect. They have colour co-ordinated linen, curtains and bedding. Naturally there is TV, self-dial telephone and hospitality tray. The beds have electric blankets. If you'd like to specify a particular room for your stay, just phone or e-mail and we'll be glad to work it out with you. All bedrooms with the exception of Room 12 are on the first floor.

Room1. Spacious Superior room overlooking the lawn and woodland with kingsize double bed. The sofa can become a bed for one or two small children. The bathroom has bath and shower.

Room2. Charmingly appointed Standard, double-bedded room overlooking the lawn and woodland. Bath and shower.

Room 3. Very spacious, sunny Superior room overlooking woodland with kingsize double bed. Enormous bathroom with bath and shower.

Room 4. Single room with shower room overlooking the car park and woodland.

Room 5. Spacious Superior twin room with views to Pitlochry and the Perthshire hills with twin beds. The sofa can become a bed for one or two small children. Bathroom has newly installed walk-in shower.

Room 6. Standard double-bedded room with views to Pitlochry. Bathroom has newly installed walk-in shower.

Room 7. Generous sized twin-bedded Standard room with views to Pitlochry and the Perthshire hills. Large bathroom with bath and shower.

Room 8. Comfortable Superior room with twin beds giving views to Pitlochry and the Perthshire hills. The sofa can become a bed for one or two small children. Bathroom with bath and shower.

Room 9. Single room with shower room looking out on Pitlochry suburbs.

Room 10. Single room with shower room looking out on the lawn and woodland.

Room 11. Standard well-appointed double-bedded room overlooking the lawn and woodland. Walk-in shower in bathroom.

Room 12. Standard double-bedded room with pinewood panelling looking out on the lawn and woodland - the only ground-floor bedroom. The bathroom has a newly installed walk-in shower.
